Yes. Tyre Mart and Services has one physical workshop at 2/63 Amberley Crescent, Dandenong South VIC 3175. We offer tyre fitting and wheel balancing. Warranty coverage varies by tyre brand and product. Some manufacturers may offer additional benefits, including road-hazard protection on eligible products, subject to the manufacturer's applicable terms and conditions. Tyre Mart and Services can assist customers with warranty enquiries. Manufacturer warranty coverage is separate from your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
For retail purchases, we accept change-of-mind returns within 7 days of purchase for unused, unfitted tyres in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return shipping costs. Contact us to arrange a return or discuss an exchange. This change-of-mind policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law, including for faulty or defective products.
